  34. I agree that both series are very useful, I just personally found that the 
  35. Lightspeed tapes gave me more information that was not in the manuals. If I 
  36. could do it all again, I would buy the whole (Desktop Images) series the same 
  37. day I bought Lightwave, and if I had known the contents when I did buy them 
  38. (about 10 days ago) I would have bought half of them. The introduction to 
  39. Lightwave, and 1st modeller tapes were not very useful to me.

  41. Lightspeed also costs 2/5 as much per tape!

  43. The Thornton tapes were the first ones I bought, and you're right, they sure 
  44. set a high standard! We should also mention Mark Thompson's excellent "in 
  45. focus" series (so far a series of one), also full of great stuff.
